Q. Why can’t I log in?
A. Your ID and password must be entered using only single-byte alphanumeric characters. Also, your ID and password are case-sensitive, so please make sure you enter them correctly.

*Note: Your ID is different from your email address.
Q. What if I forgot my login ID?
A. Your login ID is in the email you received when you created your MyPage account. Please check the email message.

Q. What if I forgot my password?
A. You will need to reset your password.

■ Steps for resetting your password
1. Open the login screen.
2. Click on “Forgot your password?” at the bottom of the screen.
3. Enter into the entry form the email address you registered to create a MyPage account in order to receive an email with a password reset link. Then click the link and follow the steps to reset your password.


* If the email does not arrive in your inbox, please check to see if it has been sent to your spam folder.

Q. Why haven’t I received an automatic email from the application system?
A. Some email programs may classify this email as spam, so make sure you check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
Q. I have previously obtained a MyPage account. Can I use the same login ID and password this year?
A. No, you cannot. Please sign up for a new MyPage account.

Q. Why won’t the PDF files display?
A. You will need Adobe Reader to display PDF files.
If you do not have the program, click the icon to the right to install it for free.

Q. What should I do if I want to withdraw my application for this year?
A. Before submission
You do not need to do anything since you are not yet a candidate of the screening process.

After submission
Direct application: Log in to MyPage and contact the Foundation using the contact information at the bottom of the page.

*Be sure to include your MyPage login ID and application number when you contact us.
